Was talking to P about portrayals of f/f relationships in anime and manga, and she noted that they always seemed to be portrayed as tragic or dramatic or doomed (especially in an aristocratic, decadent manner), a la Oniisama E. So I mentioned to her that Aoi Hana was said to be a yuri manga which didn’t go in the super melodramatics direction, so we decided to check it out.
